Q:  When will I receive my order?
A: Delivery time is between 1-3 weeks in some cases longer.

Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: We accept any major debit or credit card or paypal.

Q: Can I receive a discount for more than one puppet purchased?
A: Unfortunately, because our puppets are already priced below wholesale, we cannot offer any additional discounts.

Q: Can I receive a refund?
A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products all sales are final!
 

Q: What if my order has not been shipped, can I receive a refund?

A: In the case that your order has NOT been shipped, we will issue a refund to you! (Only applicable for order's that have not been shipped!)  Unfortunately, because we are charged an automatic processing fee, this fee will be deducted from your refund! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! SO PLEASE BE CERTAIN BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE!

Q: When will I receive my tracking info for my order?
